Mr. Md Harun Ar Rashid
Senior Technical Manager at VPS, Chartered Engineer (UK), and Fellow of IMarEST and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
Mr. Harun delivered a comprehensive technical session on the growth, availability, and operational challenges of biofuels in the maritime sector. His presentation covered:

Mr. Mohammad Obaidullah Ibne Bashir
IMO IMSAS Auditor, Fellow of IMarEST, RINA, and CILT, and Examiner at the Ministry of Shipping, Bangladesh.
Mr. Bashir addressed the latest outcomes from IMO MEPC 83, focusing on decarbonisation strategies and evolving regulatory pathways. His session highlighted:
